How long does setup take?
Most of the work is entering your aides and learners once. After that, a new timetable takes under a minute.
Does it replace our judgement?
No. Aidewise does the fitting; your SENCO checks and adjusts. Hand edits are kept when you generate again.
What happens when an aide is away?
Update the aide's availability and generate again. Hand edits stay, and the reports show anyone short of hours.
Where is our information stored?
In Sydney, Australia, backed up daily. The timetable engine works on it briefly in the United States and keeps nothing there. See the privacy policy for detail.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The free trial needs no card, and you can delete everything afterwards if it's not for you.
What if we stop using it?
